Yoga therapy
You'll rarely be asked to move. Yoga therapy goes far deeper than postures, into the breath, the body's wisdom, and the places words alone can't reach.
Intuitive Counseling
This is counseling that goes beneath the surface. Guided by intuition, we look at the beliefs, patterns, and stories you've been carrying, from childhood forward. It's deep psychological work with a spiritual compass.
Emotional Energy Work
Emotions don't just live in the mind. They live in the body, and sometimes they get stuck there. This work moves through the body to find where emotional energy has become congested, creating space for it to finally release.
