You'll rarely be asked to move. Yoga therapy goes far deeper than postures, into the breath, the body's wisdom, and the places words alone can't reach.
Intuitive Guidance
My great-great-grandmother read tea leaves, and the women in my family have honored their connection to Spirit ever since, a thread passed down through generations of Irish women before me. For us, it is a way of life. I hold this connection as sacred, working with Spirit to offer messages of guidance, support, and love. Along the way, I may share images or reflections that arise.
Emotional Energy Work
Emotions don't just live in the mind. They live in the body, and sometimes they get stuck there. This work moves through the body to find where emotional energy has become congested, creating space for it to finally release.
