You'll rarely be asked to move. Yoga therapy goes far deeper than postures, into the breath, the body's wisdom, and the places words alone can't reach. We’ll use tools like gentle conversation, guided meditation, and mindfulness all applied to support wellness and well-being.
Mediumship
My great-great-grandmother read tea leaves, and the women in my family have honored their connection to Spirit ever since, a thread passed down through generations of Irish women before me. For us, it is a way of life. I hold this connection as sacred, working with Spirit to offer messages of guidance, support, and love. Along the way, I may share images or reflections that arise.
