60 minutes 1:1 Yoga Therapy, Healing & Intuitive Guidance
Your first session begins with an intake, a real conversation about what's going on in your life. We'll explore your lifestyle, sleep patterns, emotional rhythms, self-care habits, and what you're hoping to heal or grow across the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of your being.
From there, we'll move into a gentle practice together. This might include: Guided meditation, Visualization, Somatic inquiry (a fancy way of sayin’ how emotions and memories show up in the body), Breathwork, Intuitive guidance, Spiritual counseling, etc…
There is no crazy movement here, this work is about presence, not performance.
Each session builds on the last, allowing the work to deepen naturally over time.
